A girl with dreams in her eyes

Is craving for fries

When she get the fries

She have tears in her eyes

Her teary eyes looks for books

Without worrying about looks

Eyes shining like diamond in sun

Enjoying her own life is no less than fun

Battling overthinking in her own creepy thoughts

Is like untying her difficult knots

A girl with lot of courage

And being strong with her own savage,

Someone who was born in small town

She had big dreams for her crown

She is the eldest one

It’s a new journey everyday for her to begun

A studious kid who loves to read

Summer holidays are her old newspaper read

Fighting battles of her own

She will raise bar of many like her own

She’ll surely win her fight

Without leaving things on chance or might

She want to achieve some but got all

In her hands, the world began to fall

But whole universe runs on belief

Her only purpose for life

Is to search for the light

That is always present within her

But she is focused looking in outer world.

Instead of Who, focus should be WHY someone moved my cheese🫣!!

Why did I pick up this book📕? To be frank, I saw this book at multiple stores, became familiar with its cover and finally when I hold the book in my hand, it is pretty slim book so I decided to have it.

I genuinely finished the book the day I purchased as it is quite thin and story is captivating.

Theme: Action and growth.

Genre: Psychology and Self Help Book

The Story (without spoilers🙅🏻): The narrative revolves around four amazing characters: Sniff, Scurry, Hem, and Haw. Their names represent the intrinsic qualities of each character. An author takes cheese as a symbol to depict the situations in human lives and represent how each personage behaves in that particular context based on their bahavior. One needs to move out of her comfort zone to attain what is needed and essential for her otherwise she will be stuck in that situation for the lifetime and will end up regretting it later.

Personal reflection: I really enjoyed reading the book and the phrases on the left side with cheese image are my favourite. The story truly change the perspective of procrastinators who don’t feel like moving and being afraid to take that step which is fearful but can lead to new and big things in life.

Recommendation: I highly recommend 🙌🏻 this book to anyone feeling stuck and aspire for change.

Also, I’d love to hear about the “cheese” in your life after going through the book. Till then enjoy finding and getting your cheese🧀.

Is it a good try to wait for perfect timing and space to do certain important things.?

All 18 images are not perfect, but we can say 8th (by scanning row-wise) is close to perfect. So perfect should not be destination(because it’s not as you can see in image i.e. 18th image, very far from being the one), it’s a process and somewhere in middle we got our best thing.

Recently, we had a small function in our house, but my thought was to postpone it as I think we are not in perfect space but as Indian family never listen to their children. And here I am, more than happy that the thing happen the way it happened.

I have seen many of my neighbors doing the necessity thing and they don’t wait for that so called “perfect time”.

Being an overthinker, have the tendency to delay the things giving the excuse of something not right at that moment.

Let’s understand this with a scenario where a person wants to start vlogging but believes she doesn’t have the perfect camera or lenses to capture the moments. Meanwhile, another person begins vlogging with just her regular phone, gaining enough experience and income to eventually purchase that ideal camera. The first person remains caught up in her quest for the perfect equipment, while the second one makes progress by starting with what she has.

When we start with what we have, we can start with zero budget, do experiments and set aside our anxiety. Waiting for perfect resources/ equipment/ time can lead to anxiety and waste the precious time of life.

Remember, nothing is perfect in life even the stars made by hand. You can always begin with your current situation so called imperfect and can be on a path to being perfect but it’s not necessary that final step/ stage is all perfect.

A cliche line can fit here perfectly😉: IMPERFECT itself is I-M-Perfect (I am perfect).

Could Seeing the Sun in evening is considered a basic?

Lately, there have been multiple videos▶️ making rounds on the internet about self-improvement. The one common advice across these videos is to wake up and go to bed early, eat home-cooked meals, and be consistent with your efforts.

Similarly, I can recall another time when I met a friend last month, one of her family members was having some lung issues due to smoking. Doctor asked him to quit smoking and perform breathing exercises🧘🏻‍♀️.

One such incident is when I had a dental issue, and dentist emphasized on the importance of brushing my teeth🦷✨ before going to bed.

What message do these situations communicate?

In childhood, our school told us to have a habit chart📃 that lists essential habits everyone should incorporate into their daily routine. As we grow older, we tend to forget the habits we learned in childhood. Our sleep schedules shift🥱, physical activity levels change, and other factors come into play. In adulthood, basic tasks can become more complex, making it harder to maintain fundamental habits that are crucial for our well-being.

As we reach in college, waking up till late night and having junk is considered cool. Later in job we face some issues like back-pain for prolonged sitting hours, cavities, dark circles for quite some obvious reasons despite being aware of all known causes. Over time, we’ve become more aware of our choices and are striving to return to the fundamental habits we learned in childhood, such as discipline, have home cooked food, exercise and going to bed early, among others.

All these are very basic things and we all knew about them since childhood but in middle we somewhat get distracted. To live a healthy and peaceful life, we don’t need to accomplish extraordinary feats🥸, but rather focus on adhering to basic principles🤏.
